Estimator
Bill Waltenburg is a seasoned veteran in the estimating field. He worked as a residential construction estimator after college up until his move to Tucson in 2001. With an affinity for numbers and mind for building, Bill has found a home at Southwest Fiberglass.

Production Manager
Ed Martinez has been with Southwest Fiberglass since 1988.  Ed is committed to furnishing high quality,  high performance fiberglass reinforced plastic equipment to our customers with an emphasis on timely shipments.

Manufacturing Engineer
Sorin Racolta has a basic technical European education upgraded with an MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University. As Southwest Fiberlass, LLC's Manufacturing Engineer, he evaluates existing design and fabrication methodologies, evaluates client specifications and optimizes design. He is also responsible for quality assurance.

Manager of Special Projects
Danny Figueroa has been designing molds and building FRP equipment since 1979.  Determined, dedicated and creative, Danny's unmatched understanding of mold design and FRP fabrication methods and processes permits Southwest Fiberglass, LLC to fabricate equipment that other manufacturers say can not be built.

Vice President and General Manager
Garry Kelly has been in the fiberglass reinforced plastic industry since 1967 and is an FRP professional.

Manager of Manufacturing
Lorenzo Martinez has been in the business of making FRP equipment since 1976 and brings to the table a can do, let’s make it happen attitude.  His is the “yes we can” reply to the question “Can we build it?”
