P&H was incorporated Oct 1, 1985, as an engineering based manufacturer’s representative specializing in the area of environmental protection equipment and systems for municipalities and water agencies.  P&H is a MANA member and is proud to abide by the bylaws and code of ethics embodied in that organization.
 
P&H has been active in promoting advanced technology for water and wastewater treatment including screening, clarification, filtration, odor control, solids handling and advanced disinfection systems. P&H has been especially active in the field of water reuse. P&H is a member of AWWA, WEF, and CWEA (California Water Environment Association), as well as the Nevada Rural Water Association.
